Float valve

I'm looking for a float valve that will turn on when the water lvl rises and turn off when the water lvl falls. I am going to try and use this in a fuge so that I don't need to drill my tank. I have browsed the web a little bit, but could only find valves that work the other way, for topping off water. If anybody knows of a valve that works like this please let me know.

I have one that I sell that might work if mounted upside down. I will find out and let you know.
