I'll make this brief because everyone hates long posts...

I have a 100 UK gallon tank (that's about 120 US) and want to make is for fish only. I just want some people to go over troubles I might have with my fish-wish-list. Do yo think these guys will generally be ok together? Thanks

Everything but the cowfish. It is too doscile to put in with the other aggressive fish.

The cowfish can be easily stressed and release toxins that can kill all inhabitants, including itself. It does not compete for food against more aggressive fish either and often starves.

Cool cool, do you think an Imperator Angelfish would be ok in place of the cowfish? So I would have the angel, dwarf lion and puffer?

That would be a better mix. Make sure the Imperator is eating before you purchase it. They have a mixed track record of not eating and eventually starving, possibly by poor capture techniques.
