Hey. I have a 58 gallon oceanic aquarium. With the aquarium (received at christmas),came a 20,000 k oceanic german white light. I am getting another light with two more 20,000 k lights. I am planning on blue and white, or perhaps a full white, with a half blue, half red light. Is this sufficient lighting for my size aquarium? At the moment I do not have a lot of corals. I had a smaller aquarium before, so I had used the water/substrate in addition with the new. At the bottom I will list the tank inhabitants. Hope to see replies soon. Thanks alot!
inhabitants:
60 lbs fiji live rock (MORE TO COME)
crushed coral substrate
yellow tang
perc clown
cleaner shrimp (pacific variety)
8-10 hermit crabs (mostly blue leg)
red hock fish
emerald crab (good at eating harmful algae : ) )
red chili coral
green open brain coral
brown/green polyps
colt coral
leather coral (soon to be two..it's splitting)
mushroom coral
chocolate chip starfish
sea cucumber
feather duster worm
4 turbo snails
..and thats all that i can think of.....thanks
