Help!!

Hey all im Ryan you can tell by my username just wanted to introduce myself to you guys well I have done freshwater for about a year or two.Now im into saltwater now I have a 75 gallon tank and I need to know what to add first and not to.I want to start off with 2 percula clowns and 1 Saddle clown brown so should I just add them the sand the skimmer and a couple of powerheads and like a month later add the live rock and the plants and corals? :? :?:
