It's going to be extremely hard treating white spot in a reef full of fish, even some of those 'Reef safe' methods don't always turn out how you want. I would get the fish out f the tank ASAP. I would by 'The Trap' from your LFS, and put it in the tank for 3 hours or so, just to let the fish get used to it. Add the bait in, and when the fish you want comes in, pull the string and shut the door. I've heard good things with this.

Also, which fish(es) have ich? Do you have a QT tank? If not, I recommend you setup one. Like I said before, it's extremely difficult to treat ich in a full blown reef, with many other fish. What size tank is this also?

You might also try treating the fishes food with garlic, I have never used it...but everyone I know that has tried it...swears by it. I agree with PH, you should attempt to remove the fish if at all possible, the stress of a sick fish may be enough to weaken the other fish. I own "The Trap" and I can say...it is worth it's weight in gold. PH's suggestion of leaving it in for a few hours is a good one, but I have only had to do that once, and it was baited the whole time. I've never failed to catch the fish I wanted with "The Trap", although they aren't always the first ones caught.
