The tang is in a 10 gallon QT with perfect water conditions. I am using Spectrogram right now for the bleeding. The ph is 8.2 Nitrite 0 Ammonia is 0 too. His stomach looks really thin and he is having a hard time swimming straight. His breathing is very rapid. Do you think he has an internal parasite as well as the hemorraging? Please help!
what else have you fed him, is he acting normal?

Definitaly doesn't sound good.
I would imediatly add an air pump to the tank, which should supply some extra oxegen in the tank.
Are you using hyposalinity, copper (malachite green), or any other methods of treatment for this? And how much are you dosing?
PH =(

After doing some more reading, I found out the problem. I have no clue if it's too late, but it is a bacterial infection that you're dealing with. It's common to see red lines and loss of appetite when dealing with this.
I would buy MelaFix for the bacterial infection, and treat it imediatly!
I asked if you were using copper for the fact that it could be something different than a parasite, in which the copper might not work.
Good luck, please keep us updated!

This is, of course just my opinion...but Melafix sucks. It is not strong enough to treat anything but the weakest bacterial infections.
He is on his side and breathing heavy
I've never seen a fish recover once they have reached this stage, if it were my fish, I would euthanize it at this point, if that is not acceptable and since it is in a q-tank...I would treat with e-mycin, metronidazole and maybe add nitrofurazone in as well, attempt to feed medicated food (I know it's not eating), but if it recovers enough to eat...the medicated food will be more effective than just treating the water.
